1. Brief Introduction of Shaded Pole Motor 18 Series(frigo design specially for spare parts requirements)

Like 00 and 26 series, the shaded pole motors 18 series have the common features of shaded pole motor, which are primarily used in unit heater, commercial refrigeration display cases, evaporator, condensing unit, ice machine, etc.

We usually divide our motors into 6 models on the basis of the thickness of stator(12.5mm,20mm,25mm,30mm,40mm,45mm), the output power is 3watt to 34watt, which is relative to the stack thickness.

1. Technical features:

Material: Housing made of die-cast aluminium

Stator pack: coated in black

Foot mounting: Track dimension 18 mm

Direction of air flow: "B"or "S"(B-blowing, S-sucking)

Direction of rotation: counter-clockwise, seen on shaft end

Speed range: 1300/1550 RPM

 Protection class: IP42, we can aiso supply clients with IP44

Mode of operation: Continuous operation (S1)

Bearings: self-adjusting calotte sleeve bearing (mean service life of 30,000 hours in horizontal installations position), we can also suply clients with ball bearing motors.

Motor protection: impedance switched ( combination D-H)

Mounting: guard grille and wall ring are mounted onto the protruding thread ends of theA side.

The Q-motor can also be screwed on via the mounting flanges (integrated in the bearing shields.

Axial impeller mounting: Mounted to the motor shaft using a plastic adapter with pulling peg and an M4 screw(combination A-D) OR M5 (combination E-H) screw.

Power specifications: At 50/60Hz, the blade angle of the axial impellers must be reduced 6° each.
